Video Game Authority (VGA) was formed to help make the sealed video game market a safer place to collect.  There are a large number of re-sealed games sold on the video game market, as well as a great deal of over grading.  It is our mission to spot these re-sealed games and to properly rate the overall condition of each game or collectible.

Dealers, collectors and investors of collectibles have no universal standard by which to judge. They all use their own definitions and standards to grade items. One mint c-10 item is completely different from another. Until now!

VGA's employees will never buy or sell VGA graded items. We feel this would be a conflict of interest and impossible to maintain our unbiased approach.

consistency and accuracy... in every grade we assign. Items submitted are evaluated by professional graders incorporating a strict standard that insures each individual item submitted is fairly graded based on its physical condition only, regardless of value or age.

unbiased treatment... of its customers. VGA follows a set of procedures that ensures each item will be graded without prejudice for/against its owners. VGA has No financial interest in your item, eliminating any bias in the final grade assigned.

confidentiality... We maintain the strictest confidentiality with our customers, never releasing their information to anyone without their approval.
