Breaking News and Updates

  • VGA will be attending the San Diego Comic-Con from July 22nd - 25th as well as the Star Wars Celebration from August 12th - 15th. As always, we will be accepting on-site submissions for your convenience. Special coupons and specials will also be available at each show. Stop by booth 2144 at the Comic-Con or booth 304 at Celebration and say hello. We'd love to see you.
  • As always, submissions accepted at both shows include free return shipping (excludes insurance) to our facility in Georgia. These are great opportunities to drop off show exclusives. You'll be among the first to have them graded and can save the hassle of carrying them around the show and then home afterwards.
  • We will also have sliding bottom acrylic cases available at both shows for many of the exclusives, but if there is any case in particular you'd like for us to bring, please contact us ahead of time.
  • VGA's attendance at the San Diego Comic-Con from July 22-25 and the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, FL from August 12-15 will affect submission turnaround times as follows; The weeks of July 19-23 and August 9-13 will not count towards 'business days' in turaround time calculation. VGA will still be able to receive and check-in all submissions during that time and customer service will be available during standard business hours.
  • Our new on-line submission form is now active, so if you would like to use this form to help you select grading tiers and review optional services which may be available, please visit our Submission Form web page.
  • We are happy to announce that we are now accepting video games with complete and unused contents for grading under our Qualified Grading Scale. Grades assigned under our Qualified Grading Scale are determined in much the same way as they are under our Standard Grading Scale. The labels used for this scale are blue rather than purple. In addition, the word ‘Qualified’ is present on Clear View labels, while the letter ‘Q’ is present on Classic labels. Please note that we will only be accepting Express and Standard tier Qualified submissions initially, due to the time required to verify the contents of each item. Additional information about Qualified Grading will be posted shortly.
