How to use the Shipping/Handling & Insurance Charts for Packaged Toys (Domestic Customers Only)

  1. Count the total number of items we will be returning to you.
  2. Find your total in one of the ranges down the left hand side of the chart.

    Example: We are returning 5 items to you. Your shipping charges will be calculated using the dollar amounts in line with the 4-6 range.

  3. Look along the top of the chart to determine which shipping level your items fall into.
  4. Select the costs from the appropriate levels based on your total number of items and the shipping method you prefer.

    Example: We are returning 5 items to you via FedEx: three standard-size items, one custom 3 piece and one custom 5 piece. Along the 4-6 range line, you would select $3.50 each from Shipping Level 1 for the three standard-size items. You would then select $8.00 each from Shipping Level 3 for the custom 3 piece and $43.00 from Shipping Level 5 for the custom 5 piece. Your shipping total is $61.50.

    Example: We are returning 3 items to you via USPS: one custom 1 piece, one custom 2, and one custom 3. Along the 2-3 range line, you would select $5.25 each from Shipping Level 1 for the custom 1 piece. You would then select $6.75 each from Shipping Level 2 for the custom 2 and $10.00 each from Shipping Level 3 for the custom 3. Your shipping total is $22.00.

  5. Add together the values of all of the figures on your submission form.
  6. Consult the Insurance Chart for the proper rate.

    Example: We are returning $739 worth of items. Your insurance cost for this return is $4.40 via FedEx or $10.30 via the USPS.

    Example: We are returning $300 worth of items. Your insurance cost for this return is $2.75 via FedEx or $4.80 via the USPS.

    Example: We are returning $4314 worth of items. For all amounts over $1000, you will need to round up to the nearest hundred to calculate your insurance total ($4400). Your insurance cost for this return is $24.20 via FedEx or $48.40 via USPS.

How to use the Shipping/Handling & Insurance Charts for Packaged Toys (International Customers and Customers in Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Only)

The shipping/handling chart does not apply to you. Your cost will be our actual postage cost plus a $7.50 handling charge per box. We ship via Airmail by default, so if you would like your parcel shipped in another manner, please note this on the submission form.

  2. Consult the Insurance Chart for the proper rate.

    Example: We are returning $739 worth of items. Your insurance cost for this return is $10.30 via the USPS.

    Example: We are returning $300 worth of items. Your insurance cost for this return is $4.80 via the USPS.

    Example: We are returning $4314 worth of items. For all amounts over $1000, you will need to round up to the nearest hundred to calculate your insurance total ($4400). Your insurance cost for this return is $48.40 via USPS.
