****If items do not qualify as standard size, they should be submitted under the applicable custom size tier. If custom size items are submitted with standard size items, the longer (custom) turnaround time will apply.
*****Sliding Bottom Case Substitution applies only if an item is refused for grading due to restoration or tampering, and youd prefer this type of case over a sealed case. You will not be charged unless an item is refused for grading.
******Items which receive a grade under the Qualified Grading Scale are accompanied by a document with more detailed information about the graded item. Opened boxed items with unused contents, autographed items, and certain hand-made and early pre-production and prototype items may be eligible for grading under the Qualified Grading Scale.
