COMMON QUESTIONS Q: I can't download the attachment. What should I do? A: If you can't download the attachment we'd be happy to mail you a printed copy. Just fill out our contact form and mention that you need a submission packet. Q: Can I submit multiple tiers on the same time? A: Yes, you can submit multiple tiers at the time, but they will be shipped back to you seperately because they have different turnaround times. Therefore, you will need to use seperate Submission Lists within your submission form and calculate two seperate return shipping costs. Q: Where do I send my games? Diecast vehicles and related items should be submitted to DCA. NEW! VGA now has two methods of submission, the new automated (Online Submission) method and the traditional manual method! With our new automated method, formally known as Online Submission, you can fill out our submission forms with even greater accuracy and speed. This new method will automatically do the calculations for grading, shipping, and return insurance costs on your behalf. Once you supply our Online Submission System with the mail service that you want to utilize for return shipping and the video games that you plan to submit to VGA, it will generate a legible and clean-looking submission form that you can print and send off with your items to VGA.
